Friday, April 19, 7 pm - 9:30 pm Hands-On. (19 and up)
Join Chef Jessica Roberts this evening and be enveloped in tantalizing aromas, and a symphony of flavours and textures; and learn to weave aromatics and spices into exciting dishes. Together we will make Tandoori Cauliflower with Mint Cilantro Chutney; Green Lamb Kofta Curry; Ginger Scented Basmati; and Chai Poached Pears with Coconut Shortbread Crumble to round out our evening.
Wine is included in the price of class. Wine pairings are provided by our resident wine expert, Amy McIntyre.
