Join Chef Anne Hynes in our spice-driven, Levantine inspired class and make fresh, fragrant pita served with the fluffiest, luscious hummus topped with Baharat Beef, Spiced Lamb Meatballs with Pomegranate glaze; Mejadra (a spiced rice and lentil pilaf with caramelized onions); Marinated Olives; Fattoush and refreshing Citrus with Orange Flower Water, Pomegranate and Halva will round out our evening.
Wine is included in the price of class. Wine pairings are provided by our resident wine expert, Amy McIntyre.
