Item arrived damaged and (so far) refund refused

The kettle arrived badly damaged. It was in a le Creuset box within a larger box with other items ordered from Cookery. I contacted the store, took photographs of the damage, texted those images to the mobile phone of the staff person at the store, and she sent me a return shipping label. I shipped the kettle back in the leCreuset packaging. Days later, I was told that Cookery never sold me this item (this review request popping up proves otherwise) and I would not get a refund. I phoned the mobile # of the staff person I had previously dealt with and she said she would look into it. I just want the item, undamaged. Looking forward to having this situation fixed.

Good kettle but parts melted

This is a decent kettle. However, I followed all instructions on how to use it properly and a piece surrounding both sides the spout melted.
