The Saucier's full aluminum core heats quickly and evenly, and is protected by the rolled, sealed and polished rim. A magnetic external layer of stainless steel is induction-compatible and infused with titanium to resist discoloration. Great product, outstanding service

I use the Creuset 3.3L to finish my pasta dish and make risotto. Great results! Its light weight helps easily toss my pasta. Cooking at medium heat is good enough (no need to put at high heat - not recommended anyway), the results are great.

As for the service, one word: Outstanding! I was planning to pick it up at the store, but got a call shortly after I ordered online and had it delivered within the hour (schedule/timing was convenient). They beat Amazon's same day delivery on that! Wow! I was happily surprised and could use my saucier that same evening.

Upon opening the box, Melissa left me a thank you note inside. That was cute. Personalized service! 2 thumbs up and a 5 stars!
