Join Carolina Villegas in this edition of our popular pasta class and learn how easy it is to make fresh pasta by hand. Tonight, we will make the fresh Pappardelle with Rose Vodka and Pancetta, Mushroom Truffle Bruschetta and end our evening with Vanilla bean Panna Cotta with Raspberry compote.

Wine is included in the price of class. 19+  Wine pairings are provided by our resident wine expert, Amy McIntyre.

With advance notice we are also happy to provide non-alcoholic craft wine for your enjoyment.

Cookery maintains an optional masking policy, you are not required to wear one during the class, however if you feel more comfortable with one please bring one.
