Moulin à café Breville | Baratza Encore - Noir

It's just 3 weeks after my coffee grinder's first birthday, and it has stopped working. I've cleaned it and inspected all the parts. Everything appears to be in great condition. The motor runs but the coffee beans aren't being ground. This is so disappointing - my first Breville product to fail prematurely. I've contacted Baratza Canada for help. Hoping they have a solution.

Definitely an improvement on what I was using before.

We ordered this grinder and received it on our doorstep within 24 hours. It was way to set up and has made a huge quality improvement in our French Press coffee. We are very happy!

Bought this around 2 years ago and got it in black because I find white always looks worse for wear. We use it a lot and a part broke. My youngest ordered a $10 part and fixed it and it's as good as new. I have arthritis in my hands and this is so easy to use and clean. I hate spending money on cheaper products that are not worth fixing. Quality product that I would buy again.

Incredible service. This morning, my Baratza burr grinder (the top-rated affordable coffee grinder for consistently superb results) gave up the ghost (but not before giving me one last fabulous cup of cappuccino). It owed me nothing… It was 10 years old. Determined to shop local, rather than rely on Amazon, I found that the Cookery had one in stock. I placed the online order and within hours, it was delivered to my door. Thank you, Cookery, for saving the day.
