Join Chef Flavia Campelo and celebrate this holiday season with an exquisite menu of comforting classics with a festive flair. Together, we will make Caramelized Shallot Tarte Tartin with savoury Whipped Mascarpone; festive Roast Leg of lamb with Mint Marmalade, Glossy Gravy; Creamy Polenta with Parmesan and Pangratatto; Salad of Greens, Pickled Shallots and Celery, Pomegranate, Cirtus Vinaigrette; and Dark Chocolate covered Spiced Honey Cake to end our glorious feast!
Wine is included in the price of class. Wine pairings, a red and a white option, are provided by our resident wine expert, Amy McIntyre.
If you have food sensitivities or dietary restrictions please check with your local Cookery location, before registration. Adjustments to recipes cannot be made during class.
Cookery maintains an optional masking policy, you are not required to wear one during the class, however if you feel more comfortable with one please bring one.
