As I'm sure you've noticed, we're passionate about food! That said, there are in fact days where turning on the stove and cooking on the stove top isn't our choice. With summer temperatures on the rise, today is just one of those days!
What I do want is to be soaking up the sun in my garden, grazing on the best the season has to offer - with very little fuss, and perhaps with a little bubbly to sip on. This week, our recipe feature is one that requires no stove time at all. It's a charcuterie board from our in-store cookbook, Around the Board : a guide to seasonal cheese and charcuterie boards. We tried the Stone Fruit Season Board highlighting peaches, plums and cherries, along with prosciutto and marinated goat cheese. It's an ideal dinner for this weather.
