We want you to be totally satisfied with your purchase and we understand that you may purchase or receive an item as a gift and this item just isn’t right for you.
If that's the case, a full exchange or store credit will be gladly offered on unused resealable products within 30 days of purchase. Goods must be returned in their original packaging.
We regret that we cannot offer exchanges or credit on goods that have been used or returned after 30 days.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must be in its original packaging and re-saleable.
Holiday 2020 purchases: We will be taking back unopened, unused, re-saleable merchandise until January 20th for exchange or store credit. Holiday merchandise is final sale.
Exemptions: perishable goods such as oils, spices, etc and holiday-themed merchandise cannot be returned.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
For online purchases, once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. If you are approved, then your credit note will be processed.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org
To return your product, please mail your product to: 303 Roncesvalles Ave. Toronto Ontario CA M6R 2M6. You will be responsible for paying all shipping costs for returning your item.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Only received products can be refunded.
