Join Chef Anne Hynes in our spice-driven, Levantine inspired class and make fresh, fragrant pita served with the fluffiest, luscious Hummus topped with Spiced Chickpeas and Baharat Beef; Beef and Lamb Kofta with Pickled Plums and Mejadra (a spiced rice and lentil pilaf with caramelized onions); meltingly soft Roasted Chermoula Eggplant with Bulgar Salad; and Ashta Milk pudding with fresh Oranges, bright Pistachios (optional) and Bay, Vanilla bean syrup to end our feast.
Wine is included in the price of class. Wine pairings are provided by our resident wine expert, Amy McIntyre.
