It has been a long time since I've owned a quiche pan and I'm so happy with this new purchase. The fluted edge and perfect size has me looking for excuses to make non-quiche tartes and baked goods!

They work! Industry standard, or so it seems.
I bought the 10-inch tart pan because a recipe called for it. I also bought a rectangular version on a whim. I’ve since used both. The rectangular pan will set you up to bake a showstopper of a tart. Highly recommend these products.
