Not quite as useful as I thought they would be

I really wanted to like these, however I'm finding that each lid really only works on a very specific size and shape. Getting them to fit over large items is very tricky because the silicone has a bit of a recoil effect - while you're stretching it, the other end pops off. It makes it a two-person job, which isn't exactly what I was going for. Great concept, just problematic with the actual execution.
