KitchenAid Pasta Roller Attachment

First time with a pasta machine and very happy with the performance of this little unit. Keep the speed low and feed the pasta slowly. Used Evan Funke’s recipe and even though he is Mattarello only it worked well on the machine. Working down through the thickness settings to thinnest, the resulting sheet has that beautiful translucent finish.
My only concern with the unit regards the ease of cleaning. The unit is sealed and the rolls can only be cleaned from above and below. There is a small brush provided but a clean tea towel on the roll was better, just mind your fingers. Could still see a few grains of semolina when finished. Will see how this cleans after working with spinach pasta.
