Roasted in small batches, their signature blend was created from the highlands of Nicaragua, Honduras and Columbia with a touch of magic from Peru. This roast maintains a sophisticated and bold flavour that only dedicated artisanal roasters, like theirs, can create.The profile is a medium dark with low acidity and no bitterness.
