RSVP Silicone Knife Bar

I use this knife bar by sticking it to the stainless steel coweling on a 3 foot tall kitchen line fridge to protect a Shun Premier knife and a Nakiri I purchased for work. These knives are an investment and require protection from concrete floors lest they slip off the cutting boards edge and suffer damage. VG-Max and agomi steel are both very hard on the Rockwell scale so they are vulnerable to chipping from abuse.
