Fast delivery, great knife

The website is easy to navigate. Super speedy delivery and what a great knife. Razor sharp and comfortable handle. The 8" size is rasy to handle yet has enough heft for bigger jobs.
I even got a hand written note, nice touch. Will order again.

Smooth handling, fun to slice

Using a good knife after years of making do with lesser tools is a refreshing change. This knife is somewhat lighter than I expected and perhaps thinner but it is razor sharp and slices and dices with ease. It fits well in my hand (medium sized hands) and the slight curve in the handle allows for greater precision. I read a lot of reviews elsewhere before buying and the Cookery was one of the few places (in Canada) that had the 8-inch version in stock – and it was delivered the next day. I'm cooking at home more than ever and this is a solid piece of kit that makes meal prep faster and easier.
I've only had it a couple of weeks. I hand wash it exclusively and we will see how it holds up to daily use.
